        Rubber-stamped by darin & mjs.

        Added new support directory for build slave scripts.
        Committing the first script, for use by the PLT's build slave.
        This script is used to kick of the PLT (Page Load Test) slave.

        * BuildSlaveSupport: Added.
        * BuildSlaveSupport/run-performance-tests: Added.
