        - fix more test case failures

        * bindings/runtime_array.cpp:
        (RuntimeArray::RuntimeArray): inherit from JSObject instead of ArrayInstance; it turns
        out that this class only needs the prototype and classInfo from ArrayInstance, not the
        actual class itself, and it was too big otherwise.
