Update time and timeline during the timeline input event instead of the wrapper's mousemove.
(Controller.prototype.handleWrapperMouseMove):
(Controller.prototype.handleTimelineMouseMove):
(Controller.prototype.drawTimelineBackground):

(Controller.prototype.updateControlsWhileScrubbing):
Updates time and scrubber to reflect timeline user input.
