        Android is missing implementation of SSL Key generator functions.
        https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31825

        This change adds the PlatformBridge class to platform/android.
        PlarformBridge is used to access the embedding layer for things
        such as key generator, cookies, plugins, etc.

        No new tests required, this is platform code.

        * platform/android/PlatformBridge.h: Added.
        * platform/android/SSLKeyGeneratorAndroid.cpp: Added.
        (WebCore::getSupportedKeySizes):
