	* kjs/function.cpp:
        (KJS::GlobalFuncImp::call): Replace our escape() and unescape() implementations with
	ones from KDE KJS, which have the proper latin-1 behavior to match Win IE.
        * kjs/lexer.cpp:
        (Lexer::isHexDigit): Made static and non-const.
