        Safari Crashes in WebCore::PluginTokenizer::writeRawData If I Try to Open a SWF File With Plug-ins Turned Off

        * loader/PluginDocument.cpp:
        (WebCore::PluginTokenizer::writeRawData):
        Only send the data to the plug-in if plug-ins are enabled, otherwise just silently eat it.
