- avoid triggering an assertion when using dead keys (like option-e)

        * WebView.subproj/WebHTMLView.m:
        (-[WebHTMLView insertText:]): Don't pass zero-length strings to
WebCore. Dead-key input seems to insert empty strings as a side
effect.
