        [GTK] Use "URI" not "URL" in public API

        Replace use of the term "URL" with "URI" in public headers,
        documentation and some internal code to match GLib/GTK+ convention.

        This is now mentioned in the API guidelines:
          http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/wiki/HackingGtk

        API/ABI-breaking change.
