          Incorrect layout of explicit embedding levels

        * khtml/rendering/bidi.cpp:
        (khtml::embed): Set up the new run correctly following an embed/pop.
        (khtml::RenderBlock::bidiReorderLine): Close the "dangling" run when we see an explicit
        embedding character (or PDF).
