(WI.CPUTimelineView.prototype.clear):
(WI.CPUTimelineView.prototype.layout):
* UserInterface/Views/MemoryTimelineView.js:
(WI.MemoryTimelineView.prototype.reset):
(WI.MemoryTimelineView.prototype.clear):
(WI.MemoryTimelineView.prototype.layout):
When there are no visible records in the selected range clear our UI.
