        Circular dependency in webkitpy.common.checkout.changelog module
        https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50475

        Remove automatic import of api.Checkout module when any checkout/
        submodule is imported (e.g.: when checkout.scm.Git is imported).
