New PDFPlugin doesn't support WebKitOmitPDFSupport, acts as if Plug-ins are off

Expand the scope of rejecting non video/ or audio/ MIME types when
filling the MIME type cache.

* platform/graphics/mac/MediaPlayerPrivateQTKit.mm:
(WebCore::shouldRejectMIMEType): Added utility function.
