(WebKit::WebPageProxy::WebPageProxy):
Remove unnecessary initialization of a unique_ptr.

(WebKit::WebPageProxy::reattachToWebProcess):
Move calls to update the view state and activity tokens to after we have swapped in the new process.

(WebKit::WebPageProxy::resetStateAfterProcessExited):
Clear the activity token on process exit.
