AVKit will set videoGravity to a nil string when building against iosmac
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191573

Reviewed by Dean Jackson.

Workaround AVKit behavior by treating nil videoGravity as the default,
which is AVLayerVideoGravityResizeAspect.
